Mission

Support teams should not have to guess whether an AI answer is right.

Support agents search docs and old tickets for every reply. General AI chatbots do not know your internal knowledge, and a confident wrong answer sent to a customer is worse than none.

Cortex retrieves the right passage, drafts a reply, and cites its source - so a human can verify before it sends. We also build Canopy Host, a Git-based deployment platform, as a separate, secondary product.
