Cortex
AI knowledge and operations platform: drafts grounded, cited answers from your docs and operational data, with human review and audit logs. Support is the first concrete workflow.
About
The Canopy Corporation builds Cortex, an AI knowledge and operations platform, and Canopy Host, the engineering infrastructure underneath. Independent products, one engineering team, one bar for what ships.
Mission
Company knowledge is scattered across docs, tickets, and code; what's actually running in production is scattered across dashboards and logs. Both problems have the same shape: the answer exists, but trusting it takes manual work with no way to check the result. AI answers should cite the source they came from, not just sound confident - a wrong answer stated with certainty is worse than no answer at all.
Cortex makes citations and human review a first-class part of every generated answer. Canopy Host makes deployment provenance and policy gates a first-class part of the pipeline. Same principle, two different problems.
Products
AI knowledge and operations platform: drafts grounded, cited answers from your docs and operational data, with human review and audit logs. Support is the first concrete workflow.
Engineering infrastructure and control layer: push to deploy, with build provenance, releases, promotion policies, and SSO/SCIM for your team.
Engineering principles
Every capability we ship targets the same five interfaces - API, dashboard/app, CLI, MCP, and SDK - for both products, tracked in one internal capability matrix so nothing ships as UI-only or API-only. We run our own infrastructure: this website is built and deployed through Canopy Host's own pipeline, not a separate marketing stack.
